Telephone slamming is a general term used to describe the illegal practices and tricks used by unscrupulous sales telecommunications company.

Slam is a problem that can affect all customers and users of landline phone contract. Victims of the practice is near the company said sales often pretend to user's mobile provider. Calls that often depends on the time before the agreement the client back. The seller usually will provide customers with what appears to be a once in life to overcome the pressure normally used to sign up customers soon.

Slammed many victims have reported that Telecom Company has shifted from one to another without the knowledge or consent.

This research was conducted recently revealed that as many as 70% have received sales calls is difficult to reject the plan, and 65% of those who receive from companies that gave them that status. Among those who agreed to register for this program, 20% is left to care didn t fit with what they promised.

Public phones at price comparison site, these views have been common practice calls for the sale of many companies. Ofcom is taking steps in the right direction to try and manage the mobile phone sales. However, the principle is the only option and so far only five of the six major mobile operators are listed.

Under the new rules, sales and client companies who say their networks calling on behalf of the network, it is the responsibility of dealing with any complaints.

I still feel more could be done to overcome this problem, especially when managing the export-based companies. In the meantime, I encourage people to be afraid of any form of contact. Although this agreement could first looks very interesting, maybe what they seem.

If you are the approaches and companies offering mobile phone sales, which also explains that seems good to be true, then treat them with suspicion.

If you have any fallen prey to unethical sales practices with telecommunications companies to export, then you need to add the complaint to an independent regulator Ofcom. Further information can be found on their web pages Ofcom.org.uk.
